I just picked up my 2002 Bobcat 753G from Ironhide in Bemidji yesterday. I brought it in last week for its 1000 hour service - hyd oil change and filter, engine oil, check belts, etc. last wednesday. I also asked the service guys to check the chain case oil and chain tension and change if necessary. They proceeded to work on the machine right away and in checking out the chain case, found that all the wheel seals and bearings were worn out. I was hoping to pick it up the same day, but in view of the scope of work to be done they could not finish it in one day, so they promised to get it all done in a day or two, in spite of their already full schedule. They kept me advised of progress and had it finished by friday afternoon. I know they were busy but they managed to fit my machine into their schedule - great crew to work with and I got back a like new machine, they even cleaned leaked oil off the wheels. They went above and beyond expectations, I will definitely come

back to Bemidji Ironhide for service or looking for a new machine.

I recently purchased a new Bobcat CT2040 compact tractor from the Ironhide Equipment Bemidji location. I had a very positive buying experience in which I credit Evan Miller, the sales associate that I purchased the tractor from. He was very professional and knowledgeable on the product. It was evident from the start how much he cares about building a good relationship with the customer and is clearly focused on their satisfaction with the product that they are purchasing. He really worked to make this purchase a reality for us. My wife and I felt that we were treated very well and could not have been more pleased with our experience. I got the tractor last night, still creeps some but easy enuf to tap pedals a bit and then easily goes into L-M-H. The most impressive thing of all is the Customer service you provide. I could not believe how clean the tractor was when I picked it up and also noticed that your staff lubed the loader grease fittings. From the sale to the first service ever needed I cannot tell you enough how happy I am with Ironhide and my tractor. I contemplated a green tractor and not only did I save $$ I am getting the friendliest service in the industry! Thanks again. John Beger

Just rented a Biljax boomlift and it is a fine piece of equipment. Jason and Austin and another were informative, fair with price and the whole shebang is an asset to Devils lake. Will be back.

We had a problem with receiving our lift on time but when store manager was notified of the situation he did the very best he could to make sure the problem was solved ASAP and we were very satisfied with the result. He made sure we were completely satisfied and he even called a day later and asked how things were going if there was anything else he could do for us very thoughtful and considerate I would recommend anyone trusting and depending on Ironhide for all of there needs , I know we will! Whether I'm tilling my garden, mowing the lawn, leveling the driveway, cleaning out the barn, blowing snow, pulling fence posts or digging post holes, or pulling a trailer for all sorts of reasons, my CT122 can handle it without a problem. I live on a ten acre hobby farm and i dont know how I would ever get by without my Bobcat Compact Tractor or the guys at Bobcat of Devils Lake. Thank you.
